- Maleni Meza-Montes, our Assisted Living Manager, proves how dedication and hard work can lead to incredible growth. She began as a Care Partner, quickly moving up to Lead Care Partner, then Assisted Living Supervisor, and now Manager. Her story reflects how The Kensington Family invests in its team members, giving them the tools and support to build long-term careers.

- Concierge (Part Time): Be the welcoming face of our community by assisting residents, visitors, and team members. Your role will help ensure everyone feels at home.
- Dining Server (Part Time): Deliver exceptional dining experiences by serving meals to residents while fostering warm and friendly interactions.
- Cook (Full Time): Prepare delicious, nutritious meals that bring joy and comfort to residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
- Memory Care Activities Assistant (Part Time): Support residents in our memory care community by leading engaging activities that promote connection, creativity, and mental stimulation.
- Care Partner (CNA, HHA, PCA) – Memory Care (Full Time & Part Time): Provide compassionate care to residents with memory challenges, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Care Partner (CNA, HHA, PCA) – Assisted Living (Full Time): Help residents thrive by offering personal care, companionship, and support with their daily routines in our assisted living community.
- Maintenance Manager: Responsible for assisting the Director of Environmental Services in overseeing the maintenance staff. They ensure the community is maintained in a clean, like-new condition through the completion of repairs, renovations, and restorative projects on both a scheduled and as-needed basis.
