Redondo Beach California

A Letter to Our Neighbors

After nearly five years, my partners and I at Kensington are excited to begin construction of The Kensington Redondo Beach. Over the last five years the project went through numerous reviews and was approved unanimously by the Planning Commission and City Council of Redondo Beach, as well as the California Coastal Commission. In addition, in June of last year nearly 60% of the voters of Redondo Beach voted in favor of the project by approving Measure K.

We appreciate the comments we have received along the way and believe that the cooperative approach embraced by everyone has resulted in a superior project that will be a proud addition to the community.

We enjoyed meeting many of you at our meeting on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 when we introduced the General Contractor (W.E. O’Neil) and some of their key personnel. During that meeting we discussed the construction schedule and how the project will be managed, and how we plan to communicate with the community through completion to ensure as little disruption as possible.

If you were unable to join us on Tuesday, August 29th, please share your contact information with us so we can continue to provide construction updates.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
