Matthew Lefferman, DO, is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Access Healthcare Associatesas well as Medical Director at The Kensington Redondo Beach. He completed portions of his Internal Medicine residency training at Hahnemann (Drexel) University in Philadelphia, PA and Banner Good Samaritan hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Since that time, his professional focus has been the field of geriatrics. He has several years experience as a physician working in the home setting and in skilled nursing facilities. Additionally, he serves as medical director for a hospice agency and for a mobile wound care practice.

James Rouse, ND, is a high-performance lifestyle leader & functional nutrition expert, motivational speaker, nationally renowned naturopathic doctor, entrepreneur, athlete, and award- winning author of over a dozen books. He has presented to audiences on every continent while sharing the stage with celebrities such as Steve Wozniak, Dr. Mehmet Oz, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.  Dr. James combines his knowledge of natural medicine, transformational psychology, yoga and therapeutic cooking to inspire people to improve the quality of their lives and to provide them with the tools they need to make positive, healthy changes.
