Holiday Poinsettia Punch

The holiday season is in full swing at The Kensington Redondo Beach, and we are so excited for all of our seasonal favorites! Our Holiday Poinsettia Punch is always a favorite during the holiday, and the perfect addition to any gathering with friends and family.

Serving Time: 12 to 16


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau
  • 2 bottles (chilled) dry sparkling wine or Champagne
  • Orange slices (to your liking)
  • Apple slices (to your liking)
  • 2/3 cup cranberries- fresh or frozen

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, stir the cranberry and orange juices, vodka and Cointreau.
  • Add the sparkling wine and stir to combine.
  • Pour over ice to chill. Garnish with fruit to your liking.
  • Chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
