These terms apply when you opt in to text messages from The Kensington Redondo Beach. The applicable enrollment disclosure identifies the sender and the messages you authorize. Where offered and covered by your permission, messages may include inquiry and tour follow-up, community information, event announcements and promotional communications. Current website inquiry SMS follow-up is provided through Go High Level. Pocketstop event and promotional programs have their own separate keyword enrollment; they are not connected to website forms.

Your choice

Message frequency varies with the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of a text program. Follow the instructions in the message for help, or contact the community through https://thekensingtonredondobeach.com/contact/. You may also use another reasonable method to tell the sender you wish to stop optional messages. A nonmarketing confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Opting out of one program does not enroll you in another.
